Private-beta data notice

This is an implementation notice for the private preview, not a final public privacy policy.

What the interview stores

When enabled, the interview stores your text answers, corrections, working interpretation, generated report, and request status in the configured Supabase database. Server-side access checks restrict clients to their own sessions. During this private beta, Jac’s verified review account can also read conversations, exact generated reports, and submitted feedback to improve COMMAND. COMMAND does not use other interviews or your legacy Reality File as hidden memory.

Reports and feedback

Each generated report is kept with the conversation as it stood when that report was made. Later corrections and new reports do not rewrite those earlier versions. Optional feedback is saved with the report you reviewed. Jac can read it in the private review dashboard. Earlier report versions overwritten before this feature was added cannot be recovered.

How AI is used

Your current interview and selected excerpts are sent to the configured OpenAI API to ask follow-up questions and draft a report. Application requests disable provider response storage where the API supports it. Provider data handling and account retention settings still need owner verification. We do not promise zero retention or make unverified training or compliance claims.

Trying the preview without email

The isolated test preview can create a private guest identity for your browser without an email address. Your conversation belongs to that identity. Clearing browser data or switching browsers or devices will lose access to it. Download a report you want to keep. Customers can view their current session while it is open. There is no conversation-history list. Refreshing the same open tab can recover the current session; a new visit starts at the welcome screen. If someone else will use this browser, choose “End session on this device” first. This signs you out without deleting the stored interviews. Ending a guest session removes access to it on this device; Jac can still review it in the private beta dashboard.

Your controls

You can correct an answer, pause, resume, download a private Markdown report, and delete an interview. Deletion clears the active conversation, archived report versions, and submitted feedback, and stops pending results from being saved. It does not delete files already downloaded to your device. Backup expiration and a final retention period must be set by the owner before public release.

What is not happening

Voice notes record only when you start the microphone. Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription; the application stores the transcript in your conversation, not the audio. Your latest recording stays in this page’s memory for playback, retry or download until you leave or start another recording. Transcription may change or miss words; you can correct the transcript. Your conversation and reports are available to Jac in the private beta review dashboard. Other testers cannot read them. COMMAND does not publish your report or send marketing messages. It is AI, not a human conversation or clinical care. Avoid sharing account numbers, passwords, medical records, or sensitive information unrelated to your situation.

Paid access

When paid access is turned on, one purchase keeps COMMAND open. Right after you pay, the first browser can enter the checkout email and start. A later browser asks for a one-time code sent to that email. There is still no list of past conversations. Refreshing this tab can return you to the session that is open here. Start over begins a new session for the same purchase. If the payment notice is still on its way, the page waits and checks again. You do not pay a second time for that check. A refund closes access on every browser tied to that email. Jac can also close it from her private review. She can still read the conversation, the exact report, and feedback.

Before public release

The owner still needs to confirm retention and backup expiry, provider data settings, account deletion and support processes, and final privacy terms. Public release is not enabled.
